Our Story
Founded in 1989, Alliance Recruiting began by supporting automotive manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers with technical and operational hiring needs.
Over time, we have expanded into executive and senior leadership search, building long-term relationships with organizations operating in complex industrial environments. As clients grew, leadership needs evolved, and Alliance Recruiting grew alongside them, supporting searches ranging from engineering and operations leadership to Presidents, Chief Operating Officers and other senior executives.
Today, our work is focused primarily on data center infrastructure, automotive and advanced manufacturing, while continuing to support the leadership needs of long-standing clients across related industries.
